Van Mayer age 58, of New Paris, Ohio, died Friday, February 6, 2015 at Reid Hospital in Richmond, IN. Van was born on July 1, 1956 in Cincinnati, OH the son of the late James L. & Mary Ann (Zart) Mayer. He had been a resident at Foundations since January 2013.
Survived by his sisters: Barbara Mayer and Janet Chitwood both of Cincinnati, OH.
