Todd E. Horigan

Todd E. Horigan, age 59 of New Paris, OH, died on Thursday, August 3, 2023, at Reid Health in Richmond, IN. Born May 5, 1964, in Richmond, Indiana he was the son of the late John E. & Ruth Ann (Dunham) Horigan, Jr. He was a 1982 National Trail Graduate and was a stay-at-home dad. He enjoyed John Wayne collectables, loved his service dog Comet and was a Dallas Cowboy Fan.

Preceded in death by his grandparents: Rodney and Juanita Dunham; Uncle Rodney L. Dunham.

Survivors: Wife of 38 years: Candy (Juerling) Horigan; Daughter: Ashley Dakota Horigan of Richmond, IN.; Sister: Tammy A. & James B. Cail of Eaton, OH; Sister-In-Law: Paula Thomas of Richmond, In. and Linda Juerling & Mark Horigan of Richmond, IN; Brother-In-Law: Doug Juerling of Az., Stan & Marjorie Juerling of New Jersey. Nieces & Nephews: Jacob Cail of Cincinnati, OH; Sara Cail of Eaton, OH, Paul Thomas & Corissa Thomas and son Landon Thomas of New Paris, OH. Uncles & Aunts: Charley E. & Candy Dunham of New Paris, OH; Jeff & Lori K. Dunham of Eaton, OH. Jane Anne Dunham of Florida; numerous cousins.
