Thelma J. Van Ausdal

THELMA J. VAN AUSDAL , age 88 of Richmond, IN, died Sunday, June 8, 2003 at Rose Gate Village in Richmond, IN. Born on October 4, 1914 in Preble County, Ohio , she was the daughter of the late Roy and Virginia (Kuth) Watts. Member of the Richmond Congregation of Jehovah’s Witnesses. She was a teacher of sewing at the Singer Sewing Company and worked at INA both in Richmond, Indiana before moving from the area. Preceded in death by her Sisters: Lucille Watts, Marian Diggs, and Virginia Stronck; Brothers: Orville and Norman Watts.

Survived by her Husband of 66 Years: Lawrence S. VanAusdal; Son and Daughter-in-law: Meredith Stanley and Jeannine VanAusdal of Richmond, Indiana and Daughter and Son-in-law: Jeannette “Jan” and Denver Alexander of Richmond, Indiana; and Sister-in-law: Margaret Hoover. 13 Grandchildren, 13 Great Grandchildren and 3 Great Great Grandchildren.

A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, June 14, 2003 - 9:00 A.M.(Indiana Time) at Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses -1419 South J. St.- Richmond, Indiana 47374 with Thomas Wood speaking.
