Robert Lewis Vega

Robert Lewis Vega, 72, of West Milton, Ohio, died Monday, October 6, 2025 in Troy, Ohio. He was born on August 22, 1953 in Union City, Indiana, son of the late William Raymond and Bertha Jane (Heiden) Vega.

Robert was a 1973 graduate of Twin Valley North High School in Lewisburg and was a retired technician from Panasonic in Georgia. Prior to him moving to Georgia in 1985, Robert worked for Hessman’s Meat Market in Verona, Kroger and Englewood Food Town. Robert loved his 1957 Fairlane, cooking and spending time with his family and friends.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded by his Sisters, Phyllis Jane Jackson, Vicki Lynn Jackson, Barbara Jean Cooper, Karen Kay Myers and Joyce Ann Logan; Brothers, William R. "Bill" Vega, Jr., Michael T. Vega, and John David Vega; half sister, Edith Stockman and Step-son, Jerry W. Nation; Daughter-in-law: Kathleen Nation.

Survived by his Wife, Pamela Mae (Waddle) Vega; Sister, Patti Lynn LeBlanc; Stepson: Thomas C. Nation; several grandchildren, great grandchildren; nieces, and nephews, cousins and friends.

Funeral Service will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Thursday, October 16, 2025 at Barnes Funeral Home, 411 North Commerce Street. Lewisburg, Ohio with Pastor Timothy Livingston officiating. Interment will be held in Roselawn Cemetery, Lewisburg. The family will receive friends on Thursday from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
