Robert C. Cooper

Robert C. Cooper, 95 formerly of Eaton, Ohio died Sunday May 21, 2023, at St. Rita’s Medical Center in Lima. Born on May 9, 1928, in Eaton, Ohio, he was the son of the late Roy M. & Mae D. (Shields) Cooper. Bob was a 1946 Eaton High School graduate and worked at Miller’s Super Market for many years followed by several years with Commonwealth Insurance and Argosy Casino.

Preceded in death by his wife: Bette J. (Rurode) Cooper in 1988; son: Richard A. Cooper in 2021 and daughter: Anita Pierce in 2022; sister: Joan Erwin in 2006.

Survivors include his children: Greg & Tina Cooper, Jeff Cooper, and Brenda & Keith Pemberton and many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
