Richard W. Waymire

Richard W. Waymire, age 72, of Eaton, Ohio passed away Thursday, June 19, 2014 at Reid Hospital & Health Care in Richmond, IN. Born on March 19, 1942 in Dayton, Montgomery County, Ohio the son of the Donald R. "Sr." & Sarah L. (Rike) Waymire. Richard worked for Eaton City Schools from 1972 to 2010 and attended the Church of Christ. He was a Ham Radio operator (N8MSR). Preceded in death by daughter: Cheryl L. Waymire in April 2009.

Survived by his wife of 52 years: Linda Lou (Beane) Waymire; son & daughter-in-law: Randy W. & Sylvia Lynn Waymire of Beaufort, S.C. and daughter: Angie K. Waymire of Eaton, OH; brothers: Donald Waymire, Jr. and Thomas L. Waymire both of Eaton, OH; Tim A. Waymire of West Alexandria, OH; sister: Connie S. Johnson of Gratis, OH; granddaughter: Sunny Karlinsey; 3 great grandchildren: Christian Waymire, Katrina Waymire and Kendra Karlinsey; mother: Sarah L. (Rike) Masters of Eaton, OH.

Family will receive friends Monday June 23, 2014 from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM at Barnes Funeral Home, 220 East Main Street, Eaton, Ohio with the funeral service to be held at 2:00 PM with Tom Ditmer officiating. Interment will be in Mound Hill Cemetery – Eaton, OH.
