Raymond Gene Michael

Raymond G. Michael, age 73, of Camden, Ohio, died Thursday, October 11, 2007 in Indianapolis, IN. He was struck and fatally injured from a IUPUI - Indiana University Purdue University Indianapolis vehicle that jumped the sidewalk and hit him. Raymond was born on March 29, 1934 in Preble County, Ohio. He was a U.S. Army Korean War veteran, served on the Camden Village Council for several years, attended the Somerville Pentecostal Church and was a retired Truck Driver.

Survived by wife of 33 years: Ruby R. (Collins) Michael; mother: Kathleen White of Lake Whales, Fl; Children: Sherry Blizzard of Richmond, VA, Sandra & (Jim Mudd) Clark of Dayton, OH, Carl “Sonny” & Kathy Hibbard of Hamilton, OH and Evelyn Pruss of Independence, Ky; brothers & sisters: Jay White, Mike White, Charles White, Johnny White, Alice Tatum and Vicki McIntoch all of Florida; 11 grandchildren.

Funeral Service will be held 2:00 P.M. - Friday, October 19, 2007 at the Somerville Pentecostal Church - Mound Street - Somerville, OH with Rev. Riley Parker officiating. Family will receive friends from 12:00 P.M. to 2:00 P.M. on Friday, October 19, 2007 at the church. Interment will be held in Fairmount Cemetery in- Camden, Ohio.
