Randall A. "Randy" Smallwood, age 64 of Richmond, IN died Wednesday, March 23, 2016 at his residence. Randy was born on January 26, 1952 in Richmond, IN. He had worked at Wayne Works in Richmond for 25 years. Preceded in death by his father: Charles Smallwood.

Survivors include his wife: Mary (Cardillo) Smallwood; mother: Doris (Knox) Smallwood of New Paris, OH; son: Mark A. Smallwood of Jacksonville, FL; daughter: Melissa K. O'Neal of Richmond, IN; brothers: Steve Smallwood and Kevin Smallwood both of New Paris, OH and Rick Smallwood of Richmond, IN; 5 grandchildren.

Private services will be held at the convenience of the family at Barnes Funeral Home – New Paris, OH. Interment will be in Spring Lawn Cemetery – New Paris, OH.
