Preceded in death by a sister: Katrina Patrick in 2007. 

Survived by his father & Mother: Rex. B. & Marilyn Patrick of Germantown, OH; sisters: Shelia Leonard of Eaton, OH; Shannon Schlobig of Middletown, OH and Roxanna Swink of Greenville, OH; brother: Rex Patrick of Camden, OH. 

Family will receive friends from 2:00 to 4:00 P.M on Sunday, July 29, 2018 at the Christ Commission Temple 155 North Main Street Camden, Ohio.
