Patricia Ann Guntle

Patricia Ann (Dunn) Guntle, age 80, of Lewisburg, Ohio passed away peacefully on Thursday, July 16, 2026 at home surrounded by her loving family. Born on March 27, 1946 in Gallipolis, Ohio.

Preceded by her parents, Gilbert E. & Emma M. (Reed) Dunn; brothers, Clarence Dunn & Edward Dunn; sister, Rosalind Smith; son-in-law, Mike Johnson; great granddaughters, Alice LaRue and Faith LaRue.

Patricia worked as a childcare provider for 32 years.

She loved crocheting and quilting and collecting Longaberger baskets.

Survived by husband of 50 years, John D. Guntle; children, Cynthia (Mark) Montel, Kimberlie (DeWayne) Holt, Melissa Johnson, Amy Pugh, and Patricia (Chris) Morris; 12 grandchildren 11 great grandchildren and 1 great great grandchild; numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

Funeral Services will be held at 1:00 P.M. on Wednesday, July 22, 2026 at Barnes Funeral Home, 411 N. Commerce St., Lewisburg, Ohio with Pastor Timothy Livingston officiating. Interment will be held at Sugar Grove Cemetery in West Alexandria, Ohio. Family will receive friends from 11:00 A.M. to 1:00 P.M. on Wednesday prior to the service.
