Margaret Avery-Sizemore

MARGARET AVERY-SIZEMORE, age 89, of New Paris, Ohio, died Saturday, January 13, 2007 at Reid Hospital in Richmond, Indiana. Born on June 11, 1917 in Somerville, Ohio, she was the daughter of the late William F. & Josephine (Hannah) Keehner. A resident of New Paris since 1973, she had formerly resided in Camden, Ohio. She was a nurse’s aid until 1974 and had worked at Cedar Springs Care Center in New Paris and Heartland of Eaton. She was a member of the First Baptist Church in New Paris.

She is preceded in death by her 1st husband: Oscar B. Avery in 1959 and her 2nd husband: George Sizemore in 1986; daughter: Dolores Ruth Hutchison in 2006; sisters: Ruth Specht, Mable Keehner, Mary Bailey and Jane Flatley; brothers: Peter Keehner, Clarence Keehner and Martin Keehner.

She is survived by her daughter: Josephine Ann Hall of West Manchester, Ohio and her son: Harry Eugene Avery of St. Cloud, Florida; Seven Grandchildren and Eight great grandchildren and One step great granddaughter. Nieces and Nephews.

Funeral Service will be held at 12:00 P.M., Thursday, January 18 , 2007 at Barnes Funeral Home - 109 West Main Street- New Paris, OH . Interment will be held in Fairmount Cemetery - Camden, Ohio. Family will receive friends on Thursday, January 18, 2007 from 10:00 A.M. to 12:00 P.M. at the funeral home. Memorial Contributions may be made to the charity of one’s choice.
