Lucille Austin

Lucille Austin, 91 of Camden, Ohio died Tuesday, December 31, 2019 at McCullough Hyde Hospital in Oxford, OH. Lucille was born on December 11, 1928 in Paintsville, KY the daughter of the late Ora & Sarah H. (Perry) Daniels. During World War II she worked at Wright Patterson Air Force Base on damaged airplanes and parts. Member of the First Southern Baptist Church in Camden, Order of the Eastern Star #225 Oxford Chapter and a Kentucky Colonel since 1992. 

Preceded in death by Husband: Duel Austin in 1992; sisters: Maggie King in 2006 and Elva Collins; brothers: Oliver Daniels, Donis “Don” Daniels in 1994 and Ora Daniels, Jr. in 1995. 

Survived by children: Barry D. & Judy Austin of Camden, OH; Bradley & Kathy Austin of Middletown, OH; Beverly & Wayne Tipton of Eaton, OH; sister:  Barbara Lawson of Riverview, MI; grandchildren: Casey & Christy Austin, Matthew Austin, Christina & Eric Kiracofe and Sarah & Adam Neu; 8 great grandchildren. 

Family will receive friends from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM Friday, January 3, 2020 at Barnes Funeral Home 220 East Main Street Eaton, Ohio. The funeral service will be 12:00 PM at the funeral home with Rev. Lowell T. Spencer officiating. Interment will be at Fairmount Cemetery in Camden, OH.
