Lonnie L Rockhill

Lonnie Lee Rockhill, age 75, of New Paris, OH, died on Tuesday, May 19, 2020. Born on July 13, 1944 in Richmond, IN. A 1962 Graduate of Jefferson High School in New Paris, OH. Lonnie proudly served in the US Army during the Vietnam War and served in both the Arizona National Guard and the Indiana National Guard. He had worked for many years at the Ford Plant in Connersville, IN before it closed. He then worked at Tom Raper in Richmond, IN selling RV’s then at Visteon in Connersville, IN until they closed. Member of the S.O.S (Scooter Club) in Richmond, IN. 

Preceded by his Father, Hubert Eugene Rockhill in 1995; Son, Brian Lee Rockhill. 

Survived by his Mother, Elizabeth Pauline (Davis) Rockhill; Daughters, Monae (Mike Jones) Boyd and Kelley Hudson; Several Grandchildren: Josh, Jordan, Luke, Amber and Brantley.

Graveside Services will be held at 12:00 PM on Tuesday, May 26, 2020 in Springlawn Cemetery in New Paris, OH with full military honors provided by the Preble County Guard.
