Linda Marie Fultz

Linda Marie (Oler) Fultz, age 78 of Hilliard, Ohio and formerly of Eaton, Ohio, died Thursday, March 16, 2023, at Norwich Springs Health Campus in Hilliard. Born on October 12, 1944 in Eaton, OH, Linda was the daughter of the late Ellsworth Levi & Clara Marie (Somers) Oler. She was a 1962 graduate of Eaton High School and received her bachelor’s degree in elementary education from Miami University in 1966. Linda spent four years as an elementary school teacher, working at schools in Boston, IN and Campbellstown, OH. After teaching fulltime and starting a family, she returned to work as a substitute teacher and tutor. Later Linda spent many years in home healthcare and was a former member of College Club and the Eastern Star. She was member of Campbellstown United Church of Christ and a mom advisor for several Masonic youth groups. Although Linda struggled with serious health issues for more than 20 years, she never lost her effervescent smile, perky spirit, kind heart, and faith in God. She loved flowers, cottage cheese, Scrabble, her family, and friends. Linda will be missed dearly and remembered fondly by all who knew her. Preceded in death by her loving and devoted Husband of 42 years: Howard (Butch) Fultz.

Survivors include Daughters Betsy Fultz-Hunt, Hilliard, OH, Pam Fultz, Naples, FL; Grandson: Hayden Hunt; Brother-in-law: Wilbur Fultz, CA; Sisters-in law: Lisa Artman, Azle, TX, Margareth Fultz, Tampa, FL; Four Nephews.

Funeral Service will be held at 11:30 A.M. on Wednesday, March 22, 2023, at Barnes Funeral Home, 220 East Main Street, Eaton, Ohio with Rev. Randy Clark officiating. Interment will be held in Mound Hill Cemetery in Eaton. Family will receive friends on Wednesday from 10:30 A.M. to 11:30 A.M. at the funeral home.
