Laurie Suzanne "Sue" Ross

Laurie Suzanne “Sue” Ross, 70, of Eaton, Ohio, passed away Monday, June 9, 2025 at the Greenbriar Nursing Center in Eaton. She was born on December 7, 1954 in Richmond, Indiana.

Sue was a 1973 Eaton High School graduate, Eaton United Church of Christ, lifelong piano player, enjoyed painting with acrylics, antiques and thrifting and enjoyed county music and all things Christmas especially collecting Santas.

Preceded in death by her Father: John M. Cail.

Survived by her Husband of 51 years: John P. Ross; Daughters: Jenna (Jeremy) Koontz; Kara (Jakob) Landis; Mother: Doris R. (Davis) Cail; Brother: John Michael (Cathy) Cail, Sr.; Grandson: Noah Landis; Nieces and Nephew and a host of friends.

Funeral Service will be held at 1:00 P.M. on Friday, June 13, 2025 at the Barnes Funeral Home, 220 East Main Street, Eaton, Ohio with Rev. James Sizelove officiating. Interment will be held in New Westville Cemetery in Jackson Township, Preble County, Ohio. The family will receive friends on Friday from 11:00 A.M. to 1:00 P.M. at the funeral home.
