Judith Frances "Fran" Waldo

Judith Frances “Fran” (Carpenter) Waldo, age 87, of Eaton, Ohio passed away on Monday, August 10, 2026 at Maple Gardens in Eaton, Ohio. Born on July 6, 1939 in Salyersville, Magoffin County, Kentucky, daughter of the late Sam & Kathleen (Hale) Carpenter.

She liked to read books. She also loved to go shopping.

Preceded by sister, Sarah Jo Carpenter; son-in-law, Jospeh A. “Sparky” Davidson; infant children, Garland Lee Arnett and Ruth Ellen Arnett.

Survived by her daughter, Lelia “Jeannie” Davidson and one other daughter; seven grandchildren; nine great grandchildren; numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.

At the Family’s request no services will be held. Arrangements entrusted to Barnes Funeral Home, 220 E. Main St., Eaton, OH.
