Niece: Camille Lewis; Newphews: Cameron Lewis, Conor & Shane Ketcham.

Funeral Service will be 10:00 a.m. Thursday, August 27, 2009 at the Taylor Grove Baptist Church - 12110 County Road 227 - Somerville, Ohio with Brother Burel Hoag officiating. Interment will be held in Mound Hill Union Cemetery - Eaton, Ohio. Family will receive friends on Wednesday, August 26, 2009 from 5:00 to 8:00 P.M. at the Taylor Grove Baptist Church - 12110 County Road 227 - Somerville, Ohio
