Irene E. Stiver

Irene E. Stiver, 95 of Lewisburg, Ohio, passed away on Sunday, August 3, 2025 at her residence surrounded by her family. Born on December 1, 1929 in Dayton, Ohio, she was the daughter of the late Russell Edward & Edith Lucille (Baker) Boose.

Irene had been the owner of The Beverly Shoppe in Brookville, Ohio for many years. Long time member of Trinity Church for over 60 years.

Preceded by her husband of 55 years, Everett E. “Ed” Stiver in 2011; sister, Velma E. Bloom in 2021; grandson, Clinton E. Ramsey in 2023.

Survived by her daughters & sons-in-law, Terry Shafer, Lynne & Joe Douglas, and Kim & Jim Cahill; grandchildren, Laura (Robbie) Werner, Michael Shafer, Kristy (Andy) Mason, Joey (Ashley) Douglas, Sarah (Daniel) Collins, Mackenzie (David) Hall, and Zach (Paige) Ramsey; numerous great grandchildren, great great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

The family would like to thank Affinity Care of Ohio for their hospice care, during Irene's final days.

Visitation will be held from 11:00 A.M. to 12:30 P.M. on Thursday, August 7, 2025 at Trinity Church, 511 N. Commerce Street, Lewisburg, Ohio with a Remembrance Gathering to follow at 1:00 P.M. on Thursday at Roselawn Cemetery in Lewisburg, Ohio with Pastor Gary Sollenberger officiating.
