Harriet L. Smith

Harriet L. Smith, age 61 of West Manchester, Ohio, died, Tuesday, March 21, 2017 at Greenbriar Nursing Center in Eaton. She was born on April 16, 1955 in Montgomery County, OH, daughter of the late Rufus D. and Mary Rita (Monnette) Smith. She was a 1974 graduate of National Trail High School and was a member of the Ithaca Open Bible Church.

In addition to her parents Harriet is preceded in death by her sister, Edna Marie Ebersole in 2011.

Harriet is survived by her sisters, Helen (Melvin) Brewer and Beth (David)Roberts and brother, William "Bill" Smith; nieces and nephews.

A Memorial Service will be held on Wednesday, March 29, 2017 at 12:00 p.m. at the Ithaca Open Bible Church, 6715 Cross Street in Ithaca, OH with Pastor David Fox officiating. Inurnment will be held in Twin Creek Chapel Cemetery near West Manchester, OH.

The family will receive friends from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. on Wednesday at the church. Arrangements entrusted to Barnes Funeral Home-Eaton, OH. The Family would like to give special thanks to the Greenbriar staff for their compassionate care.
