Garland Gross, Sr.

GARLAND GROSS, SR., age 60, of Camden, Ohio, died Thursday, January 26, 2006 at McCullough-Hyde Memorial Hospital in Oxford, Ohio. Born on April 4, 1945 in Dayton, Ohio, he was the son of the late Garnett M. & Leona F. (Bunch) Gross. He retired in 1996 after 30 years with General Motors in Vandalia, Ohio and attended the Full Gospel Temple in Eaton. Preceded in death by Brother: Ted Gross; Sisters: Mary Lou & Velvie Gross.

Survived by Wife of 43 ½ years: Pauline (Begley) Gross; Son & Daughter-in-law: Garland & Shirley Gross, Jr., Camden, Ohio; Daughter & Son-in-law: Paula & Brian Kelly, Eaton, Ohio; Brothers & Sisters-in-law: Ned & Jacquie Gross, Waynesville, Ohio, Simon “Pete” & Alice Gross, Strawberry Plains, Tennessee; Sisters & Brothers-in-law: Linda & Raymond Johnson, Lewisburg, Ohio, Phyllis Sue & Ron Mullins, Kodak, Tennessee, Regina & Todd Ozbun, Trinity, North Carolina. Grandchildren: Christy Doughman, Robert Doughman, Garland Mitchell (Jennifer) Gross, Heather Doughman. Great Grandchildren: Lucy Koch and Clint Gross.

Funeral Service will be held at 11:00 A.M. on Tuesday, January 31, 2006 at the Full Gospel Temple - 4745 U.S. Rt. 127 N. - Eaton, Ohio with Brother Raymond Johnson officiating. Interment will be held in Roselawn Cemetery in Lewisburg. Family will receive friends on Monday, January 30, 2006 from 5 - 8 P.M. at the Barnes Funeral Home - 220 East Main Street - Eaton, Ohio and one hour prior to service at the church on Tuesday.
