Donald R. Heitzman, 35, of Eaton, OH, died on Sunday, February 12, 2017. Born on December 24, 1981 in Troy, OH, son of William L. & Arnetta K. (Rader) Heitzman. Donald was a 2000 graduate of Eaton High School. Avid Ohio State Fan. Loved his Dachshund, Oscar.

Preceded by his Mother, Arnetta K. (Rader) Heitzman in 2004; Paternal Grandparents, Donald & Donna (Ullery) Heitzman; Uncle, Jack S. "Jackie" Rader in 2004.

Survived by his Father, Bill (Jenny) Heitzman; Sister, Amanda Heitzman; Brother, Major Bill (Tiffany) Heitzman; Maternal Grandparents, Jack & Katherine Rader; Best Friend, Sam Smart; Numerous Uncles, Aunts, Nieces, Cousins and Friends.

Funeral Service will be held at 6:00 P.M., Thursday, February 16, 2017 at Barnes Funeral Home, 220 E. Main St., Eaton, Ohio with Cousin, Ray Grilliot officiating. Family will receive friends from 4:00 P.M. to 6:00 P.M. prior to the funeral on Thursday at the funeral home.
