Donald Dwight Wright

DONALD D. WRIGHT, age 86, of Lewisburg, OH, died Saturday, July 2, 2011 at his residence. Born on September 5, 1924 in Darke County, OH, he was the son of the late Carl S. and Esther E. (Wooten) Wright. He was a Darke County farmer and had worked at Perfect Circle in Richmond, IN, University of Dayton and the New Madison Lumber Yard. A 50 year member of the Masonic Lodge #295 F. & A.M. in Arcanum, Scottish Rite Valley of Dayton and attended the Gratis United Methodist Church.

Preceded in death by a wife: Georgianna Wright in 2004; Sister: Virginia M. Baltes.

Survived by his wife: Virginia A. (Armstrong) Wright; Sons: Ronald Wright, West Milton, OH, Gary (Nancy) Wright, Arcanum, OH; Daughter: Cynthia Jo (Jeorge) McClelland, Aurora, CO; Brother: Carl (Mary) Wright, Castine, OH; Step Children: Vickie Taylor, Boomer, NC, Miles (Penny) Back, Cincinnati, OH, Virginia Martin, IN, Everett (Betty) Back, Middletown, OH, Kimberli (Robert) Kindred, Franklin, OH, David Back and Gary (Kathy) Back, both of Middletown, OH, Jeff (Martha) Back, Ulee, FL. 7 grandchildren, 19 step grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren, 19 step great grandchildren, 2 great great grandchildren, 4 great great grandchildren. Nieces and nephews.

Funeral service will be held at 1:00 P.M. on Wednesday, July 6, 2011 at Barnes Funeral Home, 411 North Commerce St., Lewisburg, OH with Rev. George Copus officiating. Interment will be held in Castine Cemetery, Castine, OH. Family will receive friends on Wednesday from 11:00 A.M. to 1:00 P.M. at the funeral home with Masonic Service at 12:45 P.M.
