Louden of Camden, OH; maternal grandfather: Spencer (JoAn) Angel, Sr. of West Virginia; grandmother: Patricia Sizemore of Eaton, OH; dad: William Sizemore of Eaton, OH; brother: Marcus Sizemore of Camden, OH; sister: Seirra Sizemore of Camden, OH; nephews: Jayden Sizemore and Braylon Worley; several uncles and aunts.

Family will receive friends from 12:00 to 2:00 PM Monday, October 5, 2015 at the Camden Community Church – 96 West Central Street Camden, OH. The funeral service will be held 2:00 PM at the church with Pastor Douglas L. Rose officiating. Interment will be in Fairmount Cemetery in Camden.
