Charles R. Craig

Charles R. Craig age 83 of Camden, Ohio passed away Sunday, December 16, 2012 at McCullough-Hyde Memorial Hospital in Oxford, OH. Born on February 23, 1929 in Camden he was the son of the late Arthur P. & Mable (Bailey) Craig. Charles was a 1947 Camden High School graduate and retired in 1991 from Champion Corp. in Hamilton, OH after 41 years of service. He attended the Hamilton West Baptist Church and was a former member of the Camden Lions Club. Preceded in death by a daughter: Linda Sue Craig in 1950 and brother: Leroy Craig in 2008.

Survivors: wife of 64 years: Christeen (Horn) Craig; son & daughter-in-law: Robert W. & Diana Craig of Union, OH; daughter: Tina C. Craig Ruble of Camden, OH; grandchildren: Amy M & Brian Clingner; Scott A. & Beth Craig; Charles Alex B. Ruble and Timothy P. Ruble; 7 great grandchildren.

Funeral service will be 2:00 PM Thursday, December 20, 2012 at Nein - Barnes Funeral Home, 249 North Main Street – Camden, Ohio with Rev. David Williams officiating. Interment will be in Fairmount Cemetery, Camden, OH. Family will receive friends Thursday, December 20, 2012 from 12:00 to 2:00 PM at the funeral home. Memorial may be made to Camden-Somers Township EMS Camden, OH.
