Betty J. Pounds, age 74 of New Paris, (Darke County) Ohio, died Wednesday, December 27, 2006 at her residence. Born on February 15, 1932 in Wayne County, West Virginia. Preceded in death by her husband: Conrad A. Pounds in 1995; Son: Steven Pounds in 1997; Grandson: Robert Lee Edwards, Jr. In 2003.

Survivors include daughter-in-law: Lisa I. Marsh of Union, Ohio. Grandchildren: Brody P. Edwards and Luke J. Pounds both of Union, OH.

Private funeral service will be held at the convenience of the family.
