Alma Elizabeth Holsinger

Alma Elizabeth (Porter) Holsinger, age 92 of Eaton, Ohio died on Sunday, January 17, 2021 in Richmond, Indiana. Born on March 5, 1928 in Scioto County, Ohio, daughter of the late Charlie Oscar & Nancy Ellen (Creech) Porter. Alma was a loving wife, mother & grandmother. Admired & appreciated by all that knew her. A devout Christian above all. She enjoyed attending Gospel Light Baptist Church in Eaton, Ohio.  

Preceded by her Husband of 62 years, Roscoe Holsinger, Jr. in 2010; Daughter, Sharon Y. Atkinson in 2014; 12 Siblings, Faith, Hope, Charity, Glenn, Elmer, Oscar, Henry, Freddie, George, Thelma, Martha and Lena. 

Survived by Daughter, Mary Ellen Thompson; Sister, Wilma Jean Hood; Grandchildren, Samuel (Angie) Atkinson, Amber (Chris) Fogle, Molly (Joseph) VerStraten, Andrew (Jennifer) Hawk and Eva (Will) Collins; Great Grandchildren, Victoria VerStraten, Brennan Fogle, Ross Fogle, Anna Collins, Claire Fogle, Harmony Atkinson, Malakai Collins, Callie Fogle, Samuel Elliott, Ella Hawk, Aubrey Atkinson and Emmelyn Hawk; Numerous, Nieces, Nephews, Cousins and Friends.

Funeral Service will be held at 3:00 PM, Friday, January 22, 2021 at Barnes Funeral Home, 220 East Main Street, Eaton, Ohio with Rev. Ben Myers officiating.
