Alberta I Schumacher-Sage

ALBERTA I. SCHUMACHER-SAGE, age 90, formerly of Eaton, OH, died Friday, January 12, 2007 at Maria Joseph Living Care Center in Dayton, Ohio where she had been a resident for over 18 years. Born on September 20, 1916 in Mercer County, Ohio she was the daughter of the late Arthur and Emma (Wade) Miller. She was a free lance writer and a member of the Visitation Catholic Church in Eaton. She is preceded in death by her first husband: Arthur H. Schumacher and her second husband: Walker Sage and her son: James Schumacher.

She is survived by her granddaughters and spouses: Regina Marie & Christopher Wendell of Eden, Utah, Margaret Mary & Dr. Mark Singer of Napa Valley, California and Patricia Ann Miller of Santa Monica, California; Great Grandchildren: Michael and Alexis Wendell and Christopher Stephen and Megan Marie Singer. Nieces, Nephews and Cousins.

Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Tuesday, January 16, 2007 at Maria Joseph Living Care Center-4830 Salem Avenue-Dayton, Ohio 45416 with Rev.Bill O'Donnell and Deacon Tim Harris officiating. Interment will be held in Mound Hill Union Cemetery in Eaton, Ohio. Family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at Maria Joseph.
