Wilma Jean Johnson

Wilma Jean Johnson, age 78, of Trenton, Ohio died Saturday, May 3, 2008 at Garden Manor Extended Care Center in Middletown, Ohio. Born on January 12, 1930 in Middletown, Ohio she was the daughter of the late William & Nanny Catherine (Moore) Howerton. Wilma was a 1948 Camden High School graduate and retired employee of the Trenton School District. Preceded in death by her brothers: Jacob, James, Richard Howerton.

She is survived by her husband of 59 years: Warren Johnson; Children: Phillip A. & friend Carla Johnson of Ross, OH, Steven Lee Johnson of Middletown, OH,, Lezett A. Noble of Trenton, OH, Scott L. & Cathy Johnson of Ludlow, KY and Nannett & Robert Loague of Miamisburg, OH; Sisters: Lela Turner of Houston, TX and Helen Hickman of North Fort Myers, FL; 12 grandchildren, 7 great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

Family will receive friends on Wednesday, May 7, 2008 from 4:00 to 8:00 P.M. at Nein - Barnes Funeral Home - 249 North Main Street - Camden, Ohio. Funeral Service will be held 1:00 P.M. on Thursday, May 8, 2008 at the funeral home with interment in Fairmount Cemetery in Camden, OH. A family & friends gathering will be after the interment service at 614 Clara Drive - Trenton, OH.
