William A. Stevens

William A. Stevens, age 67 of Lewisburg, Ohio died Saturday, September 6, 2003 at Good Samaritan Hospital in Dayton after an extended illness. Born on October 6, 1935 in St. Cloud, Minn. he was the son of the late Norman R. & Naomi (Manley) Stevens. He retired in 1994 after 30 years of service at Chrysler Airtemp in Dayton, Ohio and loved NASCAR racing. Preceded in death by a Daughter: Naomi Louise “DeeDee” Hawkins in 1991; Brothers: Norman “Sonny” Stevens in 1998 and Charles “Buddy” Bryant in 1988.

Survived by Wife of 50 years: Judith M. (Fitzgerald) Stevens; Sons & Daughters-In-Law: Bill N. & Susan Stevens of Arcanum, Ohio and Arthur A. & Shawna Stevens of Jefferson City, Mo.; Daughters & Sons-In-Law: Nancy M. & Gary Skiles of Eaton, Ohio; Patricia A. & Scott Chrismer of Lewisburg, Ohio and Judy Rothwell of San Francisco, California. Brother: Johnny Bryant of Crittenden, Ky. 17 Grandchildren, 3 Great Grandchildren and Loving Pet “Rawdy”. He will be sadly missed for he was loved by all.

Funeral Service will be held on Wednesday, September 10, 2003 - 11:00 A.M. (Ohio Time) at Barnes Funeral Home- 411 North Commerce Street- Lewisburg, Ohio. Family will receive friends on Tuesday, September 9, 2003 from 5:00 to 7:00 P.M. at the funeral home. Interment will be held in Roselawn Cemetery - Lewisburg, Ohio.
