Venis Ash

Venius Ash, age 80, formerly of Camden, Ohio died Tuesday December 30, 2003 at Heartland of Eaton in Eaton, Ohio. She was born on October 25, 1923 in Kentucky the daughter of the late Charles & Ellen (Baker) Hayes. She had worked at Elder-Beerman in Dayton retiring in 1965 after 17 years of service. Preceded in death by 11 Brothers and Sisters; Husband: Walter D. Ash in 1996.

Survivors include a Son & Daughter-In-Law: Mike & Brenda Ash of Camden, Ohio; Sister: Geraldine Schambaugh of Xenia, Ohio; 6 Grandchildren and 12 Great Grandchildren.

Funeral service will be held on Saturday, January 3, 2004 - 11:00 A.M. at Barnes Funeral Home - 220 East Main Street - Eaton, Ohio.

Interment will be in Preble Memory Gardens - West Alexandria, Ohio.

Family will receive friends on Saturday, January 3, 2004 from 10:00 to 11:00 AM at Barnes Funeral Home - 220 East Main Street - Eaton, Ohio
