Sinda Spencer

Sinda Spencer, age 95 of Eaton, OH died Tuesday, November 25, 2008 at Vancrest Health Care Center in Eaton, OH. Born on April 19, 1913 in Breathitt County, KY she was the daughter of the late Joseph & Lula Belle (Childers) Fields. Sinda has lived in Eaton most all of her life and was a charter member of Eaton Baptist Temple. Preceded in death by her husband: Sheridan Spencer in 1982, sons: Alvin Spencer in 1985 and Myrl Spencer in 2007, Grandson: Ricky Spencer in 2008 four sisters and one brother.

Sinda is survived by sons & daughters-in-law: Rev. Lowell T. & Carol Spencer, Dr. Stanley & Helen B. Spencer and Roy & Diana L. Spencer all of Eaton, OH; Daughters & sons-in-law: Norma J. & Ralph Drew of Trotwood, OH, Glenda & Robert Davidson of Ocala, Fl, Thanna & Gary Elfner of Novi, MI. Pamela Spencer of Herndon, VA. and Carol L. (Burden) Spencer of Butlerville, OH. 25 Grandchildren: Teresa Spencer, Tim Spencer, Chris Spitler, June Ann Klingensmith, Jean Ellen Drew, Jan Susan Stimmel, James Drew, Mendy Tebbe, Megan Cochran, Debbie Sawilowsky, Beth Ann Collins, Steve Spencer, Melissa Smith, Jonathan Spencer, Kathy Dobis, David King, Russell McKee, Randell McKee, Rodney McKee, Joy Castillo, Gary Elfner, Thanna Elfner, Ruth Ann Neely, Lori Ross and Toby Spencer, 40 Great Grandchildren and 3 Great Great Grandchildren, Brothers: Liberty Fields of Indiana; Sisters: Bertha Ebersole of Eldorado, OH, Nieces and nephews.

Funeral Service will be held at 10:00 AM Saturday, November 29, 2008 at Eaton Baptist Temple - 416 East Decatur Street - Eaton, OH with Rev. Lowell T. Spencer officiating. Family will receive friends on Friday, November 28, 2008 from 4:00 to 7:00 PM at Barnes Funeral Home - 220 East Main Street - Eaton, OH.
