Sherry George

Sherry (Kleinhenn) George, 81 of Eaton, Ohio, passed away on Thursday, December 1, 2022 at Ohio’s Hospice of Dayton. Born on September 2, 1941 in Defiance, Ohio.

She had retired after many years working at Lakengren.

Preceded in death by her husband of 56 years, Leroy George; sister, Marcia Whittemore

Survived by her children, Tony (Lynn) George of Elkhart, IN and Lynnette (Pat) Neff of Dayton, OH; grandchildren, Doug Neff and Laura Neff whom both referred to her as purple grandma; numerous cousins and friends.

Family will receive friends from 6:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. on Friday, December 9, 2022 at Barnes Funeral Home, 220 East Main St., Eaton, Ohio. Interment will be held at Evansport Cemetery in Evansport, OH at the convenience of the family at a later date.
