Rodney E. "Topps" Bottoms

Rodney E. “Topps” Bottoms, age 56 of New Paris, Ohio passed away on Sunday, December 12, 2021, at the Dayton V.A. Hospital in Dayton, Ohio. Rodney was born on August 20, 1965, in Richmond, Indiana; 1983 National Trail High School graduate and had worked at AK Steel in Middletown, Ohio. Member of the American Legion of New Paris, Ohio. 

Survived by his Father & Mother: Harry J. & E. Doris (Ponder) Bottoms of New Paris, Ohio; Brothers: Harry Jr. & Angie Bottoms of Richmond, Indiana and Neal Bottoms of New Paris, Ohio; Nephews: Aaron, Eric and AJ Bottoms. 

Family will receive friends from 10:00 A.M. to 12:00 P.M.  Friday, December 17, 2021, at Barnes Funeral Home 109 West Main Street New Paris, Ohio. The funeral service will be at 12:00 PM at the funeral home with Rev. Mike Shaeffer officiating.
