Paul F. Hobbs

Paul F. Hobbs, age 78 of Eaton, Ohio died Monday, June 4, 2007 at his residence. Paul was born on April 21, 1929 in Preble County, Ohio. He was a WW II U.S. Navy veteran and retired from Westvaco in Eaton after 34 years of service and worked the last 7 years part time for Penske.

Preceded in death by his first wife of 44 years: Sudie H. Hobbs in 1995. Sisters: Dorothy and Barbara and brother: Ronald Hobbs.

Survived by wife: Suzanne Chambers Hobbs, daughter & son-in-law: Pamela & Larry Sarver of Eaton, OH; Step children: Greg & Becky Chambers of Portage, MI and Debbie & Morley Fraser of Bay City, MI. Grandchildren: Steven Sarver of West Manchester, OH and Jason & Jamie Sarver of West Alexandria, OH. Great Grandchildren: Madison Sarver, Jasie Sarver and Jake Sarver.

Funeral service will be held 11:00 AM Friday, June 8, 2007 at Barnes Funeral Home, 220 East Main Street, Eaton, Ohio 45320 with Rev. Lowell T. Spencer officiating. Interment will be held in Mound Hill Union Cemetery in Eaton. Family will receive friends on Thursday, June 7, 2007 from 4 to 7 PM at the funeral home.
