Paul was a Safety Inspector for Diversapack in Monroe, OH.

Survived by his mother and step-father: Betty & Elmer "Coke" Etgen, Lubbock, TX; children: LCPL Ethan David Kaiser, USMC, Joshua Brian Kaiser, and Kaitlin Elizabeth Kaiser, mother of his children, Kassandra Kaiser, Miamisburg, OH; siblings: John Kaiser, Daytona, FL, August Etgen, St. Petersburg, FL, Shawnda Etgen, Poteau, OK, Danielle Landry, Dallas, TX, Elmer Etgen, Lubbock, TX, Tina Gaylor, Ocala, FL. Aunt: Diane Johnson, Leesburg, FL, and nieces and nephews: Michael Zennie, Ashlee Zennie, Isabelle Etgen, Elmer "Four" Etgen, and brother-at-heart, James Mann; many other friends.

Fiancé Kathy Tobias, Lewisburg, OH, step-children: Joe Smith, Sabrina Smith, Samantha Smith, and Zachary Tobias and several grandchildren.

Services will be held at the convenience of the family.
