Matthew D. Armstrong

Matthew D. Armstrong, age 34 of Eaton, OH, died Monday, January 20, 2014 in Dayton, OH. Matthew was a machine operator for Lewisburg Container for the past 13 years. He was a 1998 Preble Shawnee High School graduate and a member of the First Southern Baptist Church in Camden. His late Grandfather, Rev. James R. Armstrong was the former pastor of First Southern Baptist Church from 1965 to 1977.

Survivors include his Mother & Step-Father: Geralyn M. (Lucius) & Richard Smith, Tucson, AZ; Father & Step Mother: Stephen W. & Tiffiney L. Armstrong, Florence, KY; Paternal Grandmother: Pearl Armstrong, Camden, OH; Maternal Grandmother: Marquerite Lucius, Tucson, AZ; Brothers: Twin Brother Mike Armstrong, Eaton, OH and Danny Armstrong, Tucson, AZ.

Funeral Service will be held at 12:00 P.M. on Saturday, January 25, 2014 at the First Southern Baptist Church, 35 North Liberty Street, Camden, OH with Rev. Greg Jackson officiating. Interment will be held in Fairmount Cemetery in Camden. Family will receive friends on Saturday from 10:00 A.M. to 12:00 P.M. at the church.
