Mary M. Henderson

MARY M. HENDERSON, 59, of Eaton, OH, died Sunday, August 14, 2011 at her residence. Born on February 27, 1952 in Manchester, KY, she was the daughter of the late Owen & Bitha (Sawyers) Byrd. Mary retired in 2010 after 26 years at Parker Hannifin in Brookville, OH. She was a member of the First Baptist Church in Franklin, OH.

She is preceded in death by Sisters: Dorothy Burkhart and Kathleen Smith and a half brother Jack.

Survived by Husband: William S. Whitson Henderson of 10 years; Sons & Daughter-in-law: John Henderson, Moraine, OH and Justin (Rebecca Miller) Henderson, Franklin, OH; daughter: Karen Shull, Marion, OH; Brothers: Perry "Conley" Byrd, Wayne Byrd, both of Manchester, KY, J.T. Byrd, Dayton, OH; Sisters: Imogene Smith, Manchester, KY, Delores Smith, Dayton, OH; 4 Grandchildren, 4 Step Grandchildren and 2 Great Grandchildren. Her beloved poodles Pewee, Little Woman and Teddy. Aunts, Uncles, Nieces, nephews and cousins.


Funeral Service will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Friday, August 19, 2011 at Barnes Funeral Home, 220 East Main St., Eaton, OH with Pastor Vernon Risner officiating. Interment will be held in Sugar Grove Cemetery, West Alexandria, OH. Family will receive friends on Friday from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
