Mary M. Banks

MARY M. BANKS, age 82, of Franklin, Ohio and formerly of the Camden and Somerville area, died Wednesday, October 31, 2007 at Franklin Ridge Nursing Home in Franklin. Born on June 11, 1925 in Van Cleve, Kentucky, she was the daughter of the late Courtney & Elnora (Spencer) Banks. She was a member of the Dryden Road Pentecostal Church in Moraine and the First Pentecostal Fellowship Church in Hamiltion, Ohio. Preceded in death by Husband: James E. Banks in 1989; Sons: Leo, Jerrmiah, Clifton and Lloyd Banks; Daughter: Geneva Banks; Sisters: Rosie Dickey and Rachael Banks; Brothers: Chester and Earl Banks.

She is survived by her children: Patricia Ann Banks, Franklin, OH, Evelyn Etta Richards, Celina, OH, Kathy Sue Banks, Franklin, OH, James Delmar (Vickie) Banks, Franklin, OH; Sister: Lina (Green) Banks, Jackson, KY; Brother: Jesse James (Ruth) Banks, Trenton, OH; Brother-in-law: Willard (Pat) Banks, Bellview, FL; Daughter-in-law: Ruth Banks of Bluecreek, OH; 18 Grandchildren and numerous Great and Great Great Grandchildren. Nieces & Nephews.

Funeral Service will be held on Monday, November 5, 2007 - 11:00 a.m. at the Dryden Road Pentecostal Church - 3201 Dryden Road - Moraine, Ohio with Pastor Bennie Sutherland and Grandson Pastor Aaron Richards officiating. Interment will be held in Fairmount Cemetery in Camden. Family will receive friends on Sunday, November 4, 2007 from 5 - 8 p.m. at the church.
