Marlin E. Betts

Marlin E. Betts, 92 of West Alexandria, Preble County, OH, died Saturday, January 28, 2023, at Maple Gardens in Eaton, Ohio. Born on August 30, 1930, in Ironton, Ohio he was the son of the late Dan & Florence Mae (Thornton) Betts. He served in the U.S. Army.

Preceded in death by his wife: Alice Betts in 2001; son: Raymond Eugene Betts in 2013, sisters: Catherine L. Boyd in 2012, Anna Mae Britton in 2015 and Florence Shank in 2006; brothers: Jack Conley in 2013 and Carl Betts in 1956.

Survived by his son: Charles Betts of Idaho and daughter: Anita Paul of California.

Family will receive friends from 1:00 to 2:00 P.M. Saturday, February 11, 2023, at Barnes Funeral Home – 220 East Main Street – Eaton, Ohio. A time of sharing will be 2:00 P.M. at the funeral home.
