Mark R. Lutz

MARK R. LUTZ, age 44 of Eaton, Ohio died Thursday, October 7, 2004 at Reid Hospital in Richmond, Indiana. He was born on November 11, 1959 in Dayton, Ohio. He was a member of the class of 1978 and graduated in 1982 from Twin Valley North High School in Lewisburg where he played football. He had worked at Skiles in Lewisburg, Ohio and at L & M Products in Eaton, Ohio for the past 15 years. He attended the Phillipsburg United Methodist Church in Phillipsburg, Ohio. In 1977 he suffered severe injuries from a auto accident at U.S. 40 and Phillipsburg-Brookville Roads.

Survived by his Parents: Robert B. & Judy A. (Wombold) Lutz of Lewisburg, Ohio; Sisters: Dawn R. Lutz of Lewisburg, Ohio and Gail J. (John) Heltsley of West Manchester, Ohio. Nieces & Nephews: Somer and Alias Cowan of Lewisburg, Ohio, Dannielle, Coty and Jayden Heltsley all of West Manchester, Ohio; Aunts, Uncles, Several Special Friends and Caregivers.

Funeral Service will be held on Monday, October 11, 2004 - 1:00 p.m. at Phillipsburg United Methodist Church - 41 South State Street - Phillipsburg, Ohio with Pastor Jeff Mohr officiating. Interment will be in Bethel Cemetery - Englewood, Ohio. Family will receive friends on Monday October 11, 2004 from 11:00 to 1:00 p.m. at the church.
