Mark A. Rutherford

MARK A. RUTHERFORD, age 49, of Eaton, Ohio, died Tuesday, February 3, 2009. Born on June 18, 1959 in Richmond, Indiana he was the son of William G. "Bill" & Marilyn J. (Marshall) Rutherford. Mark graduated in 1978 from Eaton High School. Member of the F.O.E. #2202 in Eaton, Ohio. Member of the American Legion in Eaton, Ohio. Member of the V.F.W. in Eaton, Ohio.

Preceded by his mother, Marilyn J. (Marshall) Rutherford in 1985.

Survived by his daughters, Ashley Rutherford and Samantha Rutherford both of Eaton, Ohio; granddaughters, Kenzie Charles and Hailee Wackler both of Eaton, Ohio; father & step mother, William "Bill" & Wanda Rutherford of Eaton, Ohio; sister & brother-in-law, Susan & Rick Jett of Indianapolis, Indiana; loving companion of 10 years & children, Michelle Singleton, Miranda Singleton and Morgan Singleton all of Eaton, Ohio; numerous uncles, aunts, nephews, nieces, cousins, and friends.

Funeral Services will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Monday, February 9, 2009 at Barnes Funeral Home, 220 East Main Street, Eaton, Ohio with Rev. Lowell T. Spencer officiating. Interment will be held at Mound Hill Union Cemetery in Eaton, Ohio. Family will receive friends from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. on Sunday, February 8, 2009 and 12:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m. on Monday, February 9, 2009 at the funeral home.
