LOIS M. AVERY, age 88, of Richmond, Indiana, died Tuesday, March 11, 2008 in Richmond, Indiana. Born on July 9, 1919 in Hamilton, Ohio, she was the daughter of the late Calvin & Mary (Craycraft) Coldiron. She was a member of the Church of Christ in New Miami where she had played the piano. She had also attended business college in Hamilton, Ohio. Preceded in death by her daughter, Donna Paxton in 1990 and her brother: James Coldiron.


Survived by Husband of 68 years: Henry Avery; Sons & Daughter-in-law: Melvin W. (Mary) Avery, Olive Hill, TN, Henry J. Avery, Oxford, OH; Daughters & Sons-in-law: Joyce (Glen) Henning, Camden, OH, Jacki (Tom) Humphrey, Richmond, IN; Brother: Robert Coldiron of California; Sister: Marietta Hilscher, Indianapolis, IN; 10 Grandchildren and several great grandchildren.

Funeral Service will be held be held at the convenience of the family with Rev. Trevor Bridgeford officiating. Interment in be held in Fairmount Cemetery in Camden. No public calling.
