Karl Frederick Schmidt

KARL F. “Fred” SCHMIDT, age 82, of Camden, Ohio died Thursday, June 16, 2005 in Camden. Born on August 23, 1922 in Washington Twp., Preble County, Ohio, he was the son of the late Ernest C. & Mabel R. (Thompson) Schmidt. He was the owner/operator of the Camden Radio & TV in Camden for 40 years, a 1940 Eaton High School graduate and had attended Miami University in Oxford, a WW II U.S. Army veteran and has been a licensed airplane pilot for 50 years.

Survived by Sister & Brother-in-law: Norma & Donald Stevenson; Brother: Marion E. Schmidt, all of Eaton, Ohio; Nieces & Nephews; Special friends: Norman Hughes and Irene Conley.

Graveside service will be held at the convenience of the family in Mound Hill Union Cemetery in Eaton. There will be no public calling.
