Judith A. "Judy" Simpson

Judith A. "Judy" Simpson, 68 of New Paris, OH died Thursday, May 26, 2016 at Heritage House of Richmond. Born on December 21, 1947 in Richmond, IN she was the daughter of Edward H. & Estell Sittloh and Eugene & Nina I. Arthur. Judy was a 1966 graduate of Jefferson High School and has lived in the New Paris area most all of her life. She had served with the Preble County Sheriff Department, New Paris-Jefferson Township EMS and the New Paris Police Department. She was a member of the First Baptist Church in New Paris and the Ampcioa Sorority. Preceded in death by a sister: Jana Jo Sittloh in 1947.

Survived by her children: Michael L. & Dawna Simpson of Camden, OH; Brian L. & Julie Simpson and Brad E. & Nicole Simpson both of New Paris, OH and Brenda S. Simpson of Arkansas; sister: Joanna Everman of New Paris, OH and brother: John Arthur of Eaton, OH; 11 grandchildren: Brianne (Danny) Kerns of Miamisburg, OH; Joseph Simpson and Kaylee Simpson both of New Paris, OH; McKenna Simpson of Camden, OH; Gabriel Robert Atkinson Simpson of Hot Springs, Ark; Rebeca Simpson, Brendan Simpson, Katelyn Hines, Wyatt Gebhart and Lane Gebhart all of New Paris, OH.

Graveside services will be held 11:00 AM Tuesday, May 31, 2016 at Spring Lawn Cemetery in New Paris, OH with Gilmer Smith officiating. Memorial contributions made to Northwest Fire & EMS 135 North Washington Street New Paris, Ohio 45347.
