Joe D. Kenworthy

Joe D. Kenworthy, 73, of Eaton, Ohio, died Tuesday, February 8, 2022, at Sycamore Medical Center in Miamisburg, Ohio. Joe was born on April 12, 1948, in Dayton, Ohio the son of Kenneth E. & Phoebe (Floyd) Kenworthy. A 1966 Twin Valley North High School graduate and served in the U.S. Army in Vietnam. He retired from Parker-Hannifin in Eaton, Ohio.

Preceded in death by his father: Kenneth E. Kenworthy and stepbrother: Mark Korns.

Survived by his daughter & son-in-law: Rebecca S. & Kenneth R. Rader of Eaton, Ohio; granddaughter: Alisha Rader; mother & stepfather: Phoebe & Paul Korns of Brookville, OH; brothers & sister: Bruce (Penny) Kenworthy of Indiana, Twila (Mike) Fugate of Ohio and Kevin (Lynnette) Kenworthy of Georgia; stepbrothers & sister: Gena (Tom) Rieck; Steve (Victoria) Korns; Michael (Laura) Korns; Grant Dickson and Paula Dixson.

Family will receive friends 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM Saturday February 12, 2022, at Barnes Funeral Home 220 East Main Street Eaton, Ohio. The funeral service will be 1:00 PM at the funeral home with interment in Mound Hill Cemetery in Eaton, OH with military honors provided by the Preble County Honor Guard.
