Jean E. Johnson

Jean E. Johnson, 98 of West Alexandria, OH and formerly of Richmond, Indiana, passed away peacefully on Monday, December 10, 2018 at Vancrest Nursing Center in Eaton, Ohio. She was born on September 15, 1920 in Wayne County, Indiana, daughter of the late Roy and Marie (Weaver) Lohse. A graduate of Morton High School, Jean was a Produce Manager for Cox Supermarket for 38 years and was a member of Faith United Lutheran Church both in Richmond.

She is preceded in death by her husband: Robert Johnson in 1985. 

Jean is survived by her daughter & son-in-law: Susan J. & Terry L. Harrison of West Alexandria, Ohio and son and daughter-in-law, Robert & Lynn Johnson of Charlotte, North Carolina; five grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren. 

Family will receive friends from 10:00 A.M. to 12:00 P.M. on Saturday, December 15, 2018 at Barnes Funeral Home, 220 East Main St., Eaton, Ohio. The funeral service will be 12:00 P.M. at the funeral home with Rev. James Dugan officiating. Interment will be in Lutherania Cemetery in Richmond, Indiana.
