Herbert L. Frazee, age 84, of Eaton, Ohio, died Wednesday, September 1, 2010 at Vancrest Health Care Center in Eaton. Born on January 27, 1926 in Butler County, OH he was the son of the late Carl H. & Caroline J. (Stoeckel) Frazee. Herb was a Butler and Preble County farmer all of his life and attended the First Presbyterian Church in Eaton.

Preceded in death by sisters: Charlotte Mills in 1970, Martha Barton in 2005; Grandson: Michael Basolo in 2001.

Survived by his wife of 62 years: Margery (Gray) Frazee of Eaton, OH; Daughters & sons-in-law: Kathy McGinnis and Lois & Keith Morrow both of Eaton, OH; Nancy & Dave Burnside of Hamilton, OH and Janet & Rick Preston of Lebanon, OH; Brother: Ralph Frazee of Hamilton, OH and Sister: Mary Ann Barton of Hamilton, OH; Grandchildren: Chad McGinnis, Stephanie Burnside, Amanda Burnside and Natalie Brown; Great Granddaughter: Peyton Leeann.

Funeral Service will be held at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday, September 4, 2010 at the First Presbyterian Church – 123 West Decatur Street – Eaton, OH with Rev. Wayne D. Morrison officiating. Interment will be in Somerville Cemetery – Somerville, OH. Family will receive friends from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 pm on Saturday, September 4, 2010 at the church.

Memorial Contribution may be made to First Presbyterian Church – 123 West Decatur Street – Eaton, OH 45320 or Vancrest Health Care Employee Activity Fund – 1600 Park Ave. Eaton, OH 45320.
