Harold E. (Hoppy) Christian

Harold E. “Hoppy” Christian, 69 of Camden, Ohio passed away Friday, December 10, 2010 at Liberty Nursing Center in Oxford, OH. Born on September 14, 1941 in Hamilton, OH he was the son of the late Burnette & Pearl (Nelson) Christian. Hoppy was a farmer and attended the Somerville Pentecostal Church. Preceded in death by his brothers, Greg Christian in 1950, Robert Christian in 1970, Richard Christian in 1990 and Don Christian in 2002; sister, Eileen Willeford in 1999.

Harold is survived by his brothers, Dale Christian of Somerville, OH and Gary Christian of Camden, OH; sisters, Delores Hartman of Somerville, OH, Sandy Cassidy of Middletown, OH, Linda Willeford of Camden, OH, Diane Rader of Camden, OH and Peggy Christian of Indiana; several nieces and nephews.

Funeral service will be 11:00 AM Tuesday, December 14, 2010 at Nein - Barnes Funeral Home, 249 North Main Street – Camden, Ohio with Rev. Riley Parker and Rev. Greg Jackson officiating. Interment will be in Fairmount Cemetery, Camden, OH. Family will receive friends on Monday, December 13, 2010 from 4:00 to 7:00 PM at the funeral home.
