Glenn S. Leedy

GLENN S. LEEDY, age 76, of Eaton, Ohio, died suddenly Wednesday, August 20, 2003 at his residence. Born on April 18, 1927 in Preble County, Ohio he was the son of the late Samuel F. & Edna A. (Duvall) Leedy. He was a 1945 Eaton High School Graduate and had been a Preble County Farmer. Member of Upper Twin Old German Baptist Church.

Preceded in death by Wife of 54 years: Martha Belle (Barnhart) Leedy in 2001; Brother: Charles “Chuck” Leedy in 1991; Sister: Martha Skiles in 2002.

Survived by Son & Daughter-In-Law: Thomas E. & Karen Leedy of Columbus, Ohio; Daughters and Sons-in-law: Bonnie & Marvin Combs of Eaton, Ohio; Janet & Roland Denlinger of West Alexandria, Ohio and Jo Ann Ritter of Englewood, Ohio; 9 Grandchildren, 10 Great Grandchildren, Nieces, Nephews, Other Relatives and Many Friends.

Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, August 23rd, 2003 at 9:30 A.M. (Ohio Time) at Upper Twin Old German Baptist Church - Halderman Road - West Alexandria, Ohio. Prayer service will be held at 8:30 A.M. on Saturday, August 23rd, 2003 at Barnes Funeral Home in Eaton. Family will receive friends on Friday, August 22, 2003 from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 P.M. (Ohio Time) at Barnes Funeral Home- 220 East Main Street- Eaton, Ohio. Interment will be in Sugar Grove Cemetery in West Alexandria, Ohio. Memorial Contributions may be made to Charity of Choice.
