Georgia L. Smith

Georgia L. Smith, age 101 of Springboro, Ohio passed away on Tuesday, October 7, 2014. She was born on October 12, 1912 in Hamilton, Ohio, daughter of the late Charles L. & Francis (Weaver) Baynes. Georgia graduated in 1930 from Hamilton High School. She retired after 27 years as a Scheduler from Pease Wood Work in Hamilton, Ohio.

Preceded in death by her 1st Husband, Walter A. Dyle in 1962; 2nd Husband, Robert A. Smith in 1988; Infant Son, Walter A. Dyle, Jr. in 1931; Daughter, Sue A. Gast in 2009; Infant Sister, Dorris G. Baynes in 1910; Brothers, Gerald Baynes in 1984 and Donald Baynes in 1985.

Survivors include her Grandson, Chuck (Regina) Gast of Springboro, Ohio; Granddaughter, Lisa (Scott) Hisey of Carlisle, Ohio; Great Grandchildren, Reggie, Mae and Rhys; Brother, Merle Baynes of Hamilton, Ohio; Son-in-law, James Gast of Springboro, Ohio.

Private Services will be held at the convenience of the family at a later date. Arrangements entrusted to Barnes Funeral Home, 220 E. Main St., Eaton, Ohio.
